Not pushy, they help you find what you're looking for and they let you be until you are ready, they don't call you every 24 hours while your weighting out your options! We “sat” on the thought of a particular couch for almost 2 weeks after initially stopping in a few times to make sure its the exact one we wanted!
A special thank you and shout out to DeCarlo the best sales rep in the building, he went above and beyond to answer all of our questions thoroughly and from start to finish was a true professional in his expertise!

“our visit to mattress firm was truly made because of Rhonda!! We fully went in to just look but she did the dang thing and had us leave with a new mattress. She was the perfect sales women. She knew her stuff but she wasn’t pushy. It was a real human connection that had me and my fiancé smiling after we left.
