Ask for Matthew! Very easy to work with and doesn’t feel pushy for the sake of making a sale in the slightest bit. He’s very knowledgeable and a strong communicator. He will definitely help you find what you are looking for and work with you! Pleasant experience all around from everyone at the Saginaw store.

Excellent service, very professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend this establishment to everyone I know. Matthew was great to work with and did not pressure us to complete a sale. Presented several options to choose from. In the end I feel we made a very informed decision.

Rhonda was so much help in us choosing the best mattress we could for our needs. I love that there is no hi pressure sales like at art Van or other places. She answered all our questions and really knows a lot about all the mattresses they carry. She is a very kind and nice person to talk to as well. Felt more like talking to a friend than a salesperson!Thank you Rhonda!!!!

My salesman was Matthew McDaniel. He was great to work with; he helped my kids and I pick out mattresses to suit each of our individuals needs. He was informative on the differences in mattress style and selection as well as the bases/box spring setups. We had a good experience at Mattress Firm in Saginaw.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the Saginaw store and Matthew's knowledge. There was no pressure, just a lot of personal attention.
