I cancelled my policy on 11-13-2023 and went with another company because of poor service, I am owed for 16 days of unused insurance days, Allstate is refusing to refund me the money they owe me. I will be reporting them to the state of Michigan for fraud

I read the comments about responsiveness, and I get it. There was a shift a few years ago to the automated Allstate system, and I really hated this. But in the time since I have been able to get through to talk with someone in the office when I needed questions answered, and they have been responsive. The "old days" were better when I could just call the office and talk to someone, but the same good people are still there.

Probably the worst agency I’ve ever dealt with. Never answer, can’t find anything, hardly ever in the office. Keep scrolling people if you’re looking for a real agent who cares.

Concidering that we have tried to get in contact with our agent multiple times she never calls back or responds to us we've been wanting to and vehicle's to our home policy but get nowhere with Lisa Jankowska called the 800# and they said to get in contact with our current agent but yep that gets us absolutely no where

VERY HELPFUL WITH POLICY CHANGES. VERY OFTEN I FIND IT DIFFICULT TO CONTACT ANYONE AT THE OFFICE WITHOUT CALLING LISA'S PERSONAL CELL PHONE. LEFT MULTPLE VOICEMAILS THERE AND NEVER RECIEVING CALLS BACK. INSURANCE COVERAGE IS GOOD AND LISA IS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE BUT SOMEDAYS I CAN CALL MULTIPLE TIMES AND NEVER GET AHOLD OF ANYONE TO ADJUST MY POLICY.

My bill has been changed well before discussing with us. Not having any clue with no tickets or accidents of why almost over $200 increase on insurance when just beginning with them within two months. Not only this, unless multiple emails, texts or calls are being made. You don’t receive anything! Don’t fall for this place. I am not pleased with any of the services I’ve received so far. National General was full coverage and had two vehicles with a cheaper price and we’ve been with them through All State for 5 years, switched to All State and this happens! Not happy

Absolutely horrible at returning phone contacts. On multiple occasions I called and called before being able to speak with anyone. It takes days to speak with anyone. Does anyone actually work in the building or are they all working from home? Very poor communication. Very poor customer service! I would NOT recommend!

I have called repeatedly to reschedule an appointment for going over my insurance. I have been an Allstate customer since 1980s in 3 states and have never had a problem reaching agent. It's been about 9 tries over 5 days with several messages.
