Uses to be 5 stars but since they changed coupons and how to earn 10$ with only kohls card. The deals and slightly higher prices don't make sense anymore. But still great selection and decent prices.

I love shopping at Kohls and it used to be my favorite store to shop in person at. The new setup of the returns, checkout and product at the front is terrible. It’s not user friendly and all the product is jammed up front. You can’t shop it without feeling your holding up the line or getting bumped into. Please change it back…

This place has went so far downhill with their customer service. Losing packages with proof never shipped but want you to still wait? Refusal to make it right? I hate having to get things Amazon because stores like Kohls either doesn’t stock or when they do lose the package and refuse to make it right

Who thought it was a good idea to put all the lines together you have to wait in a long line full of people purchasing and regular returns when it’s only 1 spot for Amazon returns why can’t there be a separate line.

Great store. Well stocked. Super friendly employees. However since they moved the service desk to also be the checkouts it is a ridiculous terror to check out or return something. Service desk needs to be separated again. Having it together is a mistake and needs to be changed back.

Came here to shop for dress clothes for my son and the whole Mens area was a disaster...really hard to shop for sizes. Came on Wednesday wonder what the store looks like on weekends... I typically never shop here but wanted to see what they offer.
Nice variety but the store overall was very messy. Had to hunt to find sizes.
Was there almost 2 hours and never seen a employee until we checked out.

Service! Ridiculous. Had to wait in line for 25 minutes to return one item.

There are no prices on a majority of the toys in the toy section. No one around to ask unless you go all the way up and wait in line like you're getting ready to pay. And the place is a disaster.
