Everyone there was beyond professional and friendly. Most importantly, they helped me get back on the road again safely after doing my two rear brake pads and replacing my stock tires been driving with since I got my car. I'll keep coming back here since they seem trustworthy!

Im currently writing this review as a whole to the store. I have been waiting to see if anyone at the store was gonna fix the issue before I wrote a review and contact corporations about it.The amount of disrespect your store has for that american flag outside is disgusting. That flag should of been replace at the first sight of a tear, not when the flag is 3/4 wore out and torn to shreads. The company and employees should be embarrassed on how that flag looks and the fact there still flying it in that shape .

Samantha & her team have always taken care of me & my car with kindness & efficiency. A full rear brake repair, caliper replacement, & additional work on my heat shield in under two hours got me safely back on the road. I’ll always be grateful to the Monro team.

This place has literally been my go to place especially the last 60 days, I’ve spent more than $5000 within those 60 days with them on my truck and my son’s car . Today we took our son’s car to get 2 new tires and Samantha Benjamin , the manager at the Bay rd location was so rude and disrespectful that it left me in shock. She referred to my African American 18 yr old son as “boy” and then proceeded to antagonize me when I asked questions about a wheel alignment that was “needed”. When a wheel alignment was suppose to be done as a courtesy when they “fixed” my sons car and within a week the brand new control arms they put on broken down as soon as he pulled out of the driveway. They admitted their error and had the vehicle towed and fixed. And that’s why they did the courtesy alignment. So when I called to gather more information about the alignment that’s when I was treated with no respect. I simply wanted to know more about the courtesy alignment vs the alignment that I allegedly refused on my paperwork. I contracted the district manager and am awaiting a returned phone call. Who knew me asking questions would lead to such disrespect and me taking my business to another auto place.
