I wouldn't spend a dollar in this place. 3 people working one walking around on their phone. Two at the counter even walked by them and not even a word. And I did have questions about certain shoes. Well over a hundred dollar shoes. I left and came back to look at a pair again. And still not a word or even a hello. Went to Birch run. Got the same shoes for half the price. Nike outlet in Birch Run and got the best service there. Snipes better get new employees if you plan on selling any of your over priced shoes. I see I'm not the only complaint on their reviews, and they seem to match.

Do not buy gift cards from them I got my husband two gift cards for Christmas 100 each and they don't work we have been at the store four times and never got no where then sent emails back to back daily never got response it's been two months and no one will answer back never again and we are still out our 200 dollar

Okay. This was my first experience in any Jimmy Jazz location and I must express my immense disgust for how I was treated by employees. I hadn’t any issues with the clothes or stores atmosphere. As I was interacting with the lady at the register, she didn’t look at me once or greet me. Instead, she unpleasantly told me about the stores return policy. The policy didn’t bother me so I continued with my purchase. I paid and she threw the receipt in the bag without saying a word to me. You could clearly see I was feeling uneasy with how she was treating me as I reached for the bag to leave. It was then that she said “go on”!The manager was standing next to her and has nothing to say and as I was leaving I stopped by and talked to the assistant manager who couldn’t care less about the behavior of his associate or how it makes the store and brand appear.I will not be going back there for anything, in fact I wouldn’t advise anyone go in there for how disrespectful and unpleasant the store employees treat others.

They don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in, not to mention the staff just stands around on their phones when they could be walking around helping people find what they need. Went up to the counter literally no one said a word to me, didn’t tell me my total, didn’t even say have a nice day or anything?? Only gave three stars because the prices weren’t that bad, but the customer service needs LOTS more improvement.
