This bank had the audacity to charge $25 to FAX a ten-day payoff letter to my credit union.My wife and I were purchasing a camper from a private owner. He owed money on the camper so my credit union requested a payoff letter.WITHOUT telling their customer he was charged $25 for the FAX. He asked for a payoff amount so that he could cover the difference. The total amount my credit union should've paid was $10,600. But the FAX charge, unbeknownst to him, made it $10,625.This is why it is always best to deal with a credit union instead of a bank.

Have to say after arguing with two health care providers about the recipient of an autopay withdrawal from my account for 3 weeks, Ericka Stark and Shanna Aikens at Bay Rd were a huge help in solving this issue by providing me with the proof I needed to show that I was being double-billed. Thank you ladies!
