“Good structure.Large rooms with kitchen (dishwasher, fridge with cell, microwave, two induction hobs). There are plates, glasses and cutlery plus a couple of pots.There is a tub and a large countertop in front of the bathroom sink.Equipped with smart TV, hairdryer, iron and table.With $1.50 you can do a washing machine and with $1 a dryer (there are 2+2).There is a small gym, swimming pool and billiards. Ample parking. Wifi.Breakfast was decent.The rooms are not arranged in the best way but the towels are always changed if they are left on the floor.Helpful and kind staff.”
“A REVIEW OF A VERY VERY NICE PLACE WITH AN OUT-OF-ORDER ELEVATOR: This is a very nice place that happens to have an out-of-order elevator, or at least it did for the several days I stayed there. I don't mean for this be a bad review, because in fact it was very comfortable and clean and I found it much nicer than most midpriced chain hotel locations in small cities of the Great Lakes region, and I had a great stay otherwise. But reading reviews of the places around here before I booked helped me avoid the place that is undergoing remodeling, the place with mold, and the place with bad vibes, so I'm thinking someone might appreciate me pointing out that this place has an out-of-order elevator in case they, too are reading reviews before they book. Because it's not the kind of thing that a chain hotel location is going to disclose, in this era of decentralized reservations systems and late stage capitalism. And I'm going to assume that the out-of-order elevator is a temporary thing, though the very kind staff couldn't say when it would be fixed, and they looked a little sad and defeated whenever you asked them about the elevator, which I am sure is probably from being asked about the elevator three hundred times a day and from carrying guest luggage up to the second and third floor (which they did for me, very nicely). But I am also a tiny bit cynical and could see a world in which this elevator remains unfixed for a very long time, because of late-stage capitalism, and I fear for the good employees of Comfort Suites Saginaw if that is the case. In my own experience, the out-of-order elevator wasn't really a problem, as the two stairwells were designed for easy ascent and the climb to the third floor was character-building, but if it's a deal-breaker for you, I would call the location and ask if the elevator has been fixed. I hope Choice Hotels does the right thing by its incredibly nice staff at the Comfort Suites Saginaw location and takes care of that elevator. Good vibes are at stake.”

“IVE BEEN HERE SINCE AUGUST. THE MANAGER IS THE BEST, NICEST PERSON IN THE WHOLE WORLD!!!!
