In a world of corporate takeovers & impersonal service lies a small home town pharmacy where they know your name. We recently switched from Rite Aid & our only regret is that we didn't do it sooner. I love that the service is friendly & lighthearted & I love even more that they strive for a good reputation knowing good service brings you back. That's something the big corporations can't offer. Thank you Home Town Pharmacy for looking out for my elderly parents & their medication needs in the manner that you do. I feel as if I clicked my heels & landed in Mayberry , it's simply the best !

I’ve been using HomeTown Pharmacy now for about 5 years. They have the most wonderful customer service, the team is always so patient and willing to go the extra mile for their customers. I’ve gone in with problems and always come out with suggestions from the pharmacist and her team. They know my family now and make it a pleasant experience each time we’re in there. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed ☺️

I switched from the Meijer pharmacy because the lines to wait, even just to pick up a filled prescription over time had become too frustrating.Hometown Pharmacy on Gratiot is such a nice pharmacy. They know me when I come in and make the pickup process so quick and easy!The drive thru is great too!

Personally I am very happy with the way I'm taken care of and with the staff. Never had a problem with the staff or management. It's close by and I have no reason to go elsewhere!

They have lost my mother's prescriptions this month 4 times so we've had to keep calling the Doctor and calling them back and both of these medications should not be stopped suddenly so they put my mother in a little bit of danger by doing so and I know they were sent because I got refills the same day we went to the Doctor and mine got to the Pharmacy but hers did not. Doctor literally sends them while he's sitting in front of us we see them sent.
