“Okay place. got into a car accident they didn't really help out with nothing it was not our fault our car was totally wrecked. at that time we were paying $250 a month for car insurance 4 almost a year then when it happened. Our insurance has gone down about $100 now which is better than paying the 250 but if you get into an accident you don't get no help from them so just be aware of that”

“They have always given me a great car insurance rate and the employees are great.
My only problem is that they close super early on Friday. It's stupid. Friday is a business day and people need to conduct business during regular business hours. Stay open until 5!”

“I read the comments about responsiveness, and I get it. There was a shift a few years ago to the automated Allstate system, and I really hated this. But in the time since I have been able to get through to talk with someone in the office when I needed questions answered, and they have been responsive. The "old days" were better when I could just call the office and talk to someone, but the same good people are still there.”
