Home Depot contracted with ACC Home Remodeling to reface my kitchen cupboards. The job was to take no more than 5 days. It took nearly 3 months. Work had to be redone because the installer was not properly trained.Services: Remodeling

Young girl with brownish red hair is d*** as all can be. I will come up and show her paint dries in below 59 DGweather. Get people with actual knowledge working for you. Horrible experience.Went to buy paint for my porch was rude as hell f*** I will deal in the morning.

Damn!! Finally 3/11/2021. Not the Home Depot in Saginaw, but I had a terrible time with Home Depot online shopping. Jan. 23rd, ordered a refrigerator-problems began! Would be delivered 2/10/21. Good on that, BUT the contractor delivery told me he couldn't take it off the truck, leveler missing. They told me That it'd be 3 days to update me, " somebody will call you"Nothing the next 3 days, I HAD TO CALL THEM and ask when another delivery would be, ( understand, this is Home Depot delivery ) lady helped me out on the phone & said, replacement would be sent 3/17/2021. The day of delivery I took my old refrigerator out, I didn't have a refrigerator!! My bill for the fridge was due 2/21. I called Citi bank ( Home Depot's Credit ) and talked w/rep and told the moron I wasn't going to pay for an appliance I haven't gotten! I asked to defer the payment till I got same! No wanting to wait, I purchased a fridge from BestBuy ( should of done in the first place ) a week later received a call that my payment was overdue! So obviously the rep didn't notate my request, after countless calls from Citi Bank ref overdue payment I got this ( I hope ) resolved, after weeks that I cancelled the transaction completely, someone dropped the ball on this one. Be careful when ordering this way folks. I'm not blaming the store here in town, but the ineptness of the first rep I talked to Feb. 18th / 19th.

Looking at other reviews, I wish I could give a dramatic re-telling of a recent experience here, but it's a home improvement store and they had most of the home improvement items I needed. It would be nice if the self-checkout kiosks had handheld scanners.

The assistant manager Troy was standing right next to me while I waited for the checkout lady to figure out what the SKU was. Instead of helping us he went and helped a female out at the customer service desk after staring at her as she passed him by. He hurried to the counter so he could service her. I'm never coming back here again. I wish I could give zero stars.

The customer service at this store was phenomenal! My sisters and I went to store to place a customized order and the person that we were supposed to be working with was on lunch. As we waited a short time, we had a couple of people ask if we had been helped, one clerk tried to accommodate us, and it definitely shortened our time with the clerk who would be assisting us. We were even offered water which we accepted! The clerk we worked with offered suggestions to a previous decision we had made and it was a excellent alternative. Great customer service at this location!

I was denied my Veterans discount after showing “proof†that I was indeed an Honorably discharged Veteran....apparently proof isn't good enough. The young lady at the service counter told me “it's corporate policy to have this specific ID card†we'll allow me to respond with the following; We'd all be speaking Japanese, German or some kind of Arabic or some s*** if it wasn't for VETERANS!! Usually this store is my go to spot for all my home improvement projects. I made a call to them about truck rental and was told one was available but it is on a first come first serve basis. I thought perfect I can pick up my new tub and toilet today. I go through the process of giving the associate my information and paying for the rental and then no paper work is able to be located due to system issues. Shopping for dishwashers and initially going well until looking at dishwashers on clearance that is more than the same model is on sale. I asked what was wrong with it and was told floor model but appeared to be a return with water marks inside. The assistant manager says well I can give you for the same price as the other. I say that is d*** I would just buy the new one. I said I want 25% off because on clearance for that. He said I might be able to get 10%...forget it. Thanks to the team at this store, my shopping experience today went exceptional. From getting me a cart to put my items in, ensuring I found the products I needed without waiting or guessing and even taking my items out of my cart to ring them thru for me at the self checkout...I had never experienced such customer service that was truly going above and beyond... And not by one employee, but every team member I came into contact with. Whatever this store is doing, others should follow!

Don't ever shop at home depot I had a 1 year old on a generator I purchased 2 of them for $1000 I had it not even 3 months and it wouldn't work it had 2.5 hours on the meter so I had them send it out to be fixed they told me it wasn't covered under warranty and wanted me to pay because there wasn't enough oil in it but the oil came with the unit and I refused to pay for something that should of been covered then they kept the unit because I failed to pay for repairs they will lie and cheat you out of your under warranty product's that were hardly used I will never shop again at any home depot so a $500($150 repair bill) product cost them a lifetime customer And tens of thousands of potential business! Never shop with home depot they sell faulty products and don't cover anything like it should be! #boycott #fraud

Great customer service at this location. Have now seen the store manager, Austin, several times on our visits—great to see management working hands-on and side-by-side with co-corkers and customers. Always friendly and helpful people—and love their monthly events for the kiddos—yesterday we got to make firehouse banks for the kids to take Home (these “free†events lead us to walking out with $$$$$ worth of stuff each time-ha!)
