This is the worst experience I've had at a store in a long time. I ordered online and it was a fiasco. They sent my order to a different store even though I called the intended store to confirm my landscaper would be able to pick up my order. A true waste of time, they did not care to provide a solution or even a compromise. I will never shop at this store again, I will stick with Menards!

What a great group of people!!!!!The cashier was so nice.The guy in the store was helpful on getting product off the shelf.Then comes the young man that helped load everything in my truck, great guy.But to top it off the store manager, Scott, came to assist at the register, another great person that went above and beyond to make my experience better.So nice to see customer service in this world.

Multi serve they use to install there doors are horrible. I will never go back or use them for my household needs. Seal-rite, Home Depot and Multi serve just past the blame to each other and don’t own up or compensate for there mistakes. Been 6 months since I’ve order a door and still isn’t right no ETA when it’s going to get done. Terrible customer service from all of those company’s.

We had the best experience today at your store! A huge shout out to Matt who was working in the lumber department. He went so far above and beyond for our family today. He helped us find all of the different sizes of lumber we needed, made many cuts, and helped me plan out a last minute addition to our project. On top of all of this he was so helpful and patient with our cranky toddler! He went out of his way to keep him happy and entertained while my husband and I worked through our shopping list. Thank You Matt, I honestly don't think we would have been able to complete our shopping trip without all of your extra help!

We went to the Home Depot in Shields because it is close to our house and we were just ready to get our carpeting ordered and have that part of a room renovation taken care of. We were not even going to shop around. Home Depot was guaranteed our money, BUT after walking around the flooring department for quite a while with no worker around my husband walked up to customer service and asked if they could get someone for us. He then walked back to the flooring department where we continued to look around for a few more minutes. With workers only doing what they could to avoid us, literally putting the eyes down and walking quickly past the flooring area, we left and will never go back for carpeting. I fully acknowledge they have some great employees, but they also have lots that are VERY unmotivated to actually help customers.

We bought washer,dryer,and range. They delivered the appliances a week late. The oven has never worked. By the time you talked to them and verify the purchase and wait to hear back. The time to return the range had gone by and they had nothing to do with it. I can't believe they do not stand behind the things they sell. I will never go into or buy anything from Home Depot again.

Very clean bathrooms; plenty of staff waiting to help you but not in an over bearing, annoying way; organized in a more thought out manner then the "other local" store.

This is the worst store to shop, does NOT stand behind product's! We bought a bath vanity and it fell apart with few months. They did say bring it back, ok let me bag this up. So we do decide to return it and like idiots buy again from home depot but paid much more to insure better quality...nope! Ordered on line to get delivery, the guy rolls the box up the steps and yes its damaged. So at this point we hadn't return the other sink yet, because we were waiting on the new one to come. So I have to vanities blocking the walk way in my house. And now the faucet broke and they won't stand behind it. Mernards has much better customer service, never a problem there, I should have taken the time to drive a few miles more. Lesson learned!

Wow! Everyone I walked by asked if they could help me find something! Super friendly. The store is clean, relatively easy to navigate, and generally quick to get in and get out. Plus the prices are very good!
