First time in here and was really excited with an armful of clothes to try on and a staff member closed down the fitting room right in front of me and another customer at 6:40 pm! Sadly I had to put most of it back and I doubt I will be back since I can't try anything on and the sizes seem to very greatly.

So I absolutely adore H&Ms kids clothes. I’ve been buying them for a few months now and they’re really amazing. They’re cheap, stylish, and very comfortable for my kids. I decided to buy some swimwear for my son. He’s in a 2t so I bought him a 1.5-2y US 2t swim shorts. They say they’re 2t but there’s no way this is the correct size. It honestly looks like it could fit a 3-6 month old baby and I checked the sizing before buying and it says to get a normal size because it has a tendency of running big. Like whaaattt!!?? Howwww!!!?????

Very disappointed in customer service the day we shopped. We were told by a sales clerk we were NOT allowed to even slip any sweaters, jackets, etc on. I understand dressing rooms being closed but to not even try on a jacket or sweater to see how it fits or looks? The main reason I shop in person and not online is because I need to make sure it fits and looks okay. Don’t want the hassle of sending things back. Took our business to a friendlier store!

Never an employee around to ask for help and the cashiers aren't friendly. They do have a reward system that is free.

Honestly, just terrible customer service. I'm having a really hard time not going back and just returning what I bought because I'm having a hard time supporting a business that employs people like the guy who just checked me out.
