I ordered a birthday bouquet for my daughter that attends school up there. When she picked it up and sent me a picture, disappointed is not enough to describe my reaction! I upgraded to the $50 size and didn’t even get the basic amount of flowers. Looks like the janitor assembled these! Flowers not even arranged, left in bunches, cheap carnations stuck in there. Disappointed!!

Ordered a fall birthday bouquet for my grandmother who loves fresh flowers. She said the delivery person was very sweet and kind. I thought the pricing was very fair and much more expected than what other floral shops in the area want for smaller, less impressive bouquets. I was so impressed by the photos of the bouquet that was delivered! It looked very much like the website photos and the flowers were so fresh! Will definitely order from Hank's again! They're my new go-to!

I placed an online order for a delivery to take place on Friday 9/13/24. The delivery took place a week early. I was not happy about that and luckily the recipient was there to receive the flowers. I reviewed the receipt for delivery and it definitely showed the date of 9/13 for delivery.

I would not use you service again. They never rung the doorbell to tell my sister she had a delivery. They just left the arrangement on the step. When she brought the flowers in they were broken up and beat up. I wish I’d use another service it was just awful.

I paid 80.00 dollars for flowers for a friends birthday. What was received was NOTHING like the picture I ordered. The first picture was what was ordered the second picture was what was received. This looks done by a 2nd grader and not worth 80 dollars at all!! Cheap and tacky.

Very disheartened.
My husband ordered flowers for our one year anniversary and they were delivered to the wrong location. When he called to verify everything, nobody could be reached.
They did refund him next day (once he finally made contact), but a free bouquet for the let down would have also been appreciated.
This isn't the first time they messed up one of our deliveries. For Valentine's, they dropped the flowers off the day before. We let that go because it's a busy time and things happen.
We want to support small business, but it's difficult when the customer doesn't feel cared for at all.

Ordered online, didn't know exactly what arrangement we ordered because it was the "daily special" but the recipient was very happy. She said they were beautiful and brightened her day. That was the goal. Thanks for the fast service.

I have sent an email and left a voicemail but no one has gotten back to me. I ordered the bouquet with the sunflowers (see picture) for my mother for Mother's Day since I live out of town. The other picture is what was delivered. It looks absolutely NOTHING like I ordered. I specifically picked this one because my mother loves yellow and sunflowers. I can understand needing to substitute a couple flowers, especially with it being a busy holiday but this looks nothing like the advertised arrangement. It's not even the same colors! The only flower that was included from the original arrangement were the yellow roses. They were also stuffed so tight and crammed together that they are already starting to wilt after 3 days. Save your money and go somewhere else where they at least try to give you what you ordered, and get back to you in a prompt manner.

Always get beautiful bouquets from Hank's. Even ordered last minute for Mother's Day this year and they were able to come through with a beautiful pink and white bouquet.

I ordered flowers to be delivered for Mother’s Day and they were on time and absolutely perfect! I would recommend Hanks Flowerland and use them again in the future. Thanks for making me the favorite child on Mother’s Day :)
