I initially had a fantastic experience when purchasing my vehicle from this dealership. I was impressed and left feeling confident in my purchase.
However, things went downhill fast after that. I called the salesman with a question approximately a month or two after the sale—no response. Then I scheduled an appointment with the service department, only to find out after driving over an hour and leaving my vehicle for the day that they don't service Ford engines. How could they not tell me that beforehand?
Recently, I reached out to the finance manager with questions about the warranty I purchased, and yet again, no return call. The post-purchase customer service has been severely lacking, and I regret my decision to do business here. It’s frustrating to have such an incredible initial experience, only to feel completely ignored once the deal was done.
It's now been 4 months since I purchased the vehicle and it is now in a different repair shop with a timing chain problem. Thankfully, I purchased an extended warranty, which I'm hoping will cover this approximately $2,500 repair.
