Don't use this company! They are terrible. The phone number on the web goes to a guys cell, he doesn't want to deal with issues. He hung up on me. I can't get a person at the other numbers. Beyond frustrating

Future Vision made so many mistakes installing my Direct TV that Direct TV had to reinstall the entire service. They put me through 14 days of misery.

My internet provider, Viasat outsources to this company for repair technicians. The only way for my internet to get fixed is if a repair technician comes to the house to fix whatever is going on with it. Someone over the age of 18 has to be here when they are here and their service hours and my work hours are the same. They use time blocks for scheduling so I chose 8-11am and figured I could just go into work once they were done and I wouldn't have to miss an entire day of work. My first service technician was scheduled June 12th between 8-11am. They called several times throughout the day saying they were running slightly behind, but the technician was still on the schedule to arrive. I stayed home the whole day and they never showed up. When I call Viasat to tell them it was a no show they just make me reschedule it. August 7th was the 4th time it was scheduled and again, THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! I have now missed 4 days of work for this. I've talked to the company several times over the last 2+ months. I've explained to them that I have to miss a whole day of work every time this is scheduled and that I'm going to lose my job, but every time they tell me that all they can do is reschedule it and assure me that they will show up the next time. After they didn't show up the 4th time, I received a call from a manager that stated how sorry she was for all the trouble and that this was unacceptable. She asked me what my work schedule was and said they would work around my schedule. I told her I work 8-5 M-F. She scheduled the 5th service call for Aug 15th at 4:30pm so I left work a little early today so I could be here when they showed up. Guess what? They still weren't here after 4:30 so I called the company to confirm if the person was coming or not and after being placed on hold for more than 30 mins they finally came back on the line and said they were sorry and that the technician wasn't going to be coming out to my place today. They said we can reschedule it for the 6th time this Thursday. I asked the gentleman if he could please provide any assurance that they would actually come this Thursday and he said "mam, you're going to have to excuse me. It's the end of the day and I've been dealing with cancelations all day. We only have 3 service technicians so I'm not really sure what to tell you." This is just so frustrating. This is absolutely ridiculous, I've missed 4 days of work and had to leave early today and this guy is complaining because it's the end of his work day and I'm bothering him. It's okay that I lose my job because they keep lying to me, but god forbid this man doesn't get to clock out on time, lol. It's not like they have given me a courtesy call in the morning to tell me that they won't be coming so I can at least go into work. No, they call several times throughout the day to say they are running behind, but will still be here. If I could switch internet providers I would, but I live in a rural area and the only internet I can get is satellite, hence the reason I have Viasat in the first place. It's frustrating that I even have to provide 1 star just to post this. I should be able to post this with no stars.

I am a Viasat satellite customer and this company (Future Vision) is their service organization. I have been without internet services for 27 days because they cannot keep a service appt. Further on the last 3 attempts, they have not called to report they will not be coming or that they will be there at a certain time. This group is a joke.

This is the shoddiest business we have ever dealt with! If I could give them 0 stars I would!!!! Frankie bugged us for 3 months, even calling my husband in the hospital, which he was asked not to. The'deal' he offered was almost $40 more than what he 'sold' us, a month, when the bill came. The deal also included a '$300 gift card'. Haven't seen anything resembling a gift card yet & don't expect to. Another of the many lies from Frankie himself!!! He wouldn't talk to us, wouldn't answer his VM, refused to have anything to do with us!!! Another so called salesman hung up on us after telling my husband to 'be professional '. Obviously he doesn't know what professional means! Then we are sent to Marge, who told us to not pay the bill as she would look into it. Six weeks later, now we have not had service for 10 days, she will get back to us cause she's not had a chance to check it out!!! Finally after getting the runaround we called Direct & At&T. Got answers & guess what.... A lower monthly bill!!!! I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this company . Run the other way as fast as you can!!! They live up to their poor reviews.

Avoid. Promised fast satellite, price was good but service too slow. They didn't ask I'd I use a VPN then blamed me for not telling them. Everyone uses a VPN with a decent virus preventer such as Norton or McAfee. No offers to help, now I have to deal with the satellite provider and install new modems, wires and antennas.

The absolute worse customer service! Between 5/11 and 5/31 no internet at all. Had 5 service appointments scheduled and either, they didn’t show up, truck problems, they show we weren’t scheduled, blah blah blah and only 3 technicians to service the entire state! Stay far away and ask Viasat for a different contract company!

Warning!!!!!!!!!!!! Danger!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I was called a month ago by Frankie, quoted a price for Viasat and Direct TV. Installer came out, no business card, charged me first month for supposedly Direct TV bill. No paperwork, program guides, or documentation was provided by installer. Did not give a company name! Called Viasat and Direct TV and was told amount quoted was way low, it would cost $11-$15 more per month for each service than Franke quoted me. I have called 15 times and spoke with Steve, Marica, Rick and left messages for someone in charge to call me back to explain incorrect pricing. Three weeks in I have had no return calls, no emails, no mail or documentation from anyone. I filed a BBB complaint one week in as I could see where this was going. This is totally bogus and unacceptable.

This company is a SCAM, run as fast as you can away. Don’t let them scam you like they did me! They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. My experience has been an absolute nightmare! I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Rude customer service from Steve and technical support is slow. I've been waiting for a week. First they had no parts, then they just didn't show up and the 3rd date the poor technician was overbooked and couldn't make it. Viasat won't let me switch sales channels until I give one more chance. Don't use this company. I'm told Great Lakes Satalite and Wire out of Grand Rapids is good.

Don't use this company! They are quick to set you up for satellite television or internet, but you can't get service after that. Twice now, I have had internet issues. The first time it took 2.5 weeks for them to come out. I'd call them and be scheduled, but no one would show up. They may call, but usually didn't. If they called or I called them, they always had an excuse, and were often rude. After three no shows the second time, I was able to get Viasat to change service providers. This tech was great! She did have to change the cable Future Vision put in, as it wasn't done correctly to start with. Between not doing things right the first time and not coming out to repair as they schedule, then being rude when you call them, I have nothing positive to say about Future Vision.

Absolutely terrible customer service. At first they are the nicest and they try to convince you they are gonna provide you with the best customer service ever. Then when an issue arises because they have mislead you, they quit answering your phone calls or hang up on you. They refuse to fix their mess up. I gave them plenty of opportunities to fix their mess instead I had to call around to the internet companies and fix it myself. I will never work with these guys again. I will also be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
