I took a SUV in to get an oil change done. Drove it to work right after just to come out to a puddle of oil and my oil light was on, looked underneath and whoever their “master technician” is, must not be qualified for oil changes because the oil filter was barley screwed on and it was dumping all of my oil out, had i not looked underneath i could’ve blown the motor and been out thousands of dollars.

Over-torqued my oil cap. I had to waste 3.5-4 hours for them to fix it properly as the other location in Holly couldn't get it off.

Love these guys. Normally in almost immediately and my car is spotless. But haven't done the oil change. They have a really special kid that dries ur car that is very kind. His name is Gary I think. Always a spotless car. Good job guys.

Maybe it's just me but almost every time I visit this car wash I either get stuck inside due to a malfunction or waiting to go in. And yesterday was no exception. Maybe consider factors that are causing this such as maintenance or replacing old equipment. Just my opinion as a business owner myself. Still when it is working they do a great job.
