I was in this store on my lunch break and the nice gentleman checking out the customers at the register had a MINOR error with a UPC code, not his fault. The manager on duty not only raised her voice but began belittling him in front of everyone! She was not giving any constructive criticism or suggestions as to how to correct the situation at hand. I felt terrible for him as he was only trying to do his job. He kept his cool the whole time and never showed any anger or embarrassment for being treated so poorly by this miserable person. She should not be in a managerial roll. I hope the man behind the counter knows he is appreciated.

Terrible customer service. I walked up to the first register and the employee Emerett left and came back after some time. He was ignoring me so I asked if he could ring out my items and he responded with an attitude. He handed me my bag from behind the counter, tried to start an argument and left the register.

I really don't like how on a rainy day after I had only been in the store for 2 seconds the guy instructed me to take my hood off like I'm some kind of thug before I could even shake the rain off me. Just to be treated like the cashier had better things to do when I got checked out. Plus, I'm pretty sure the guy that asked me to take my hood off kept watching me like I was going to take something from them. This isn't the first time I've been treated like this in this place, but I know it's the last. I'm done with you guys. ✌?

Walked up to the store yesterday, middle of the day, and saw a tall black employee ANGRILY yelling at the Pepsi delivery guy outside the store. Made me feel very uncomfortable.

Store needs more workers, it's always a mess. I know a few people that have tried to work there, myself included, and they all end up not working out due to having issues with the manager Curtis. I live two blocks from this store, so I was a customer for a long time before I applied there. I had no clue Curtis was even a manager until after I started. He never wears a uniform. He's always rude to customers. Never greets customers. Obviously doesn't actually care about the store. And yet for some reason, even tho there were times where it was assumed he was going to get fired.... They keep him.I would love to shop here more and possibly even work here again, but as long as Curtis is there, I will be trying to avoid the place. He is incredibly unpleasant for being in a simple clerk position. But I guess that's the way the world is these days, corporations don't even expect their MANAGERS at retail stores to be kind, friendly, respectful, well presented people, eh?

Always friendly staff, busy location doesn’t give them much time to stock and ring up. Only thing I can say negative is if you call them if automatically gives you a busy signal. Don’t know if it is really because they are on the phine or just off the hook. Its fine just forces you to go to the store to see if they carry what you want, which they usually have some brand of what you want if not the actual brand.

This dollar store has alot of seperate items in smaller amounts to offer at dollar prices several items great selections although its not property put away causing trip hazards for elderly and staff was carrying on a conversation re: a customer whom tried stealing day prior...overall 3 star
