“I dropped my phone and it shut off and wouldn't turn back on, two other shops wouldn't work on my Google pixel, Verizon told me I would have to send it in and get a replacement.Charlie told me, "nah I gotchu, come back tomorrow."He lent me a loaner phone so I could still text and get phone calls, and my phone was fixed and ready the next day. It needed a new battery and a couple other things, less than 50 bucks and it was the best customer service I have ever received.”

“A good selection of products. The store is clean and well staffed. I never had a problem finding someone to talk to and they always had useful answers. The only problem I had was finding things. There is a lot to find here and each type of product is well displayed but the overall organization is somewhat byzantine.”

But my papa has Alzheimer’s and took off and left flint an hr away to Saginaw. I left work and you did the best keeping him there and so did the cops. Thank you for the situation. Truly blessed everyone and puppy was ok. Could of been so much worse. Thank you for in my saving my papa from being lost.”

She talked about it for fifteen minutes because it was the first time anyone ever told her they liked her glasses. We are on vacation from Florida and she has been having trouble with kids her age bullying her. So it was nice to have her feel so good about herself. Just thought I'd say thanks to the man working for uplifting her spirits! You probably didn't even know how much that would mean to her. Keep making people smile!”

“I went to metro on Genesee Street in Saginaw the woman running the place was great very helpful and very friendly.We went to the metro dealer on Bay road and they were very rude and nasty told us we should leave because we weren't going to buy a phone anyway he wanted to sell us a phone that we did not want and told him we didn't want it.Would not recommend going to the metro PC dealer on Bay road.”

“The staff is friendly, they always say hi to me when I come in. Store is clean and well stocked. I always use the fountain drinks. My only two complaints is the parking lot is hard for larger cars and if it gets busy I would avoid the parking lot. Then my other complaint is that I bought a big gulp refill cup and it broke in two different place with in a week of buying it but at that point i didn't have the receipt anymore.”
