“I dropped my phone and it shut off and wouldn't turn back on, two other shops wouldn't work on my Google pixel, Verizon told me I would have to send it in and get a replacement.Charlie told me, "nah I gotchu, come back tomorrow."He lent me a loaner phone so I could still text and get phone calls, and my phone was fixed and ready the next day. It needed a new battery and a couple other things, less than 50 bucks and it was the best customer service I have ever received.”
“Prices are comparable to other stores. Clothing selection is okay but the best part of the experience was that I was able to use the nursing station to feed my baby in a secluded space without having to leave the store. What an incredible, inclusive experience to provide for breastfeeding moms. Would recommend shopping here if you are a breastfeeding mom. I haven't seen any other store include a nursing station so this is greatly appreciated!”
“I shipped the Delco LOC II out of my 89 Camaro on Monday. I had the radio back, with new capacitors, lights, and overhauled on Thursday the same week. The radio sounds just like 1989 and I couldnt be happier. Thanks guys!”

She talked about it for fifteen minutes because it was the first time anyone ever told her they liked her glasses. We are on vacation from Florida and she has been having trouble with kids her age bullying her. So it was nice to have her feel so good about herself. Just thought I'd say thanks to the man working for uplifting her spirits! You probably didn't even know how much that would mean to her. Keep making people smile!”

“I went to metro on Genesee Street in Saginaw the woman running the place was great very helpful and very friendly.We went to the metro dealer on Bay road and they were very rude and nasty told us we should leave because we weren't going to buy a phone anyway he wanted to sell us a phone that we did not want and told him we didn't want it.Would not recommend going to the metro PC dealer on Bay road.”

“There are two incredibly attractive and bubbly/friendly girls that work as clerks here. They're always fun to chat with and seem to always have time to make you feel like more than a customer. Also this location has a 10 flavor spread of slurpees to choose from!On the downside there is a red headed male clerk that has glasses that is ALWAYS rude and acting as thought your being there is a huge inconvenience to him. There hasn't been a SINGLE time I've gone where he didn't act irritated. He also refusesrefuses to cook your 711 brand pizza when you purchase one frozen. EVERY OTHER clerk actually ASKS you if you'd like it cooked. HE is the only downside to this neat and well stocked convenience store.”

“The staff is friendly, they always say hi to me when I come in. Store is clean and well stocked. I always use the fountain drinks. My only two complaints is the parking lot is hard for larger cars and if it gets busy I would avoid the parking lot. Then my other complaint is that I bought a big gulp refill cup and it broke in two different place with in a week of buying it but at that point i didn't have the receipt anymore.”

“Slurpee machine is sometimes down, which is totally understandable but at least some flavors are working. (Slurpees are also better than Icee). Close gas to SVSU if you need a gallon or two before heading out. Nice workers that understand the late night run to restock on alcohol.”
