We had a good time, unfortunately the consultant seemed extremely overwhelmed from the beginning of the appointment when we came in looking for 7 bridesmaid dresses. There was only one other group in the building but we were told we that we had 6 minutes left of our appointment if we wanted to look at flower girl dresses. We were told to try on dresses we liked before finding out if they could be in the color we needed or if they would be in in time rather than letting us know before trying them on. We were able to find what we needed but I do feel we were an inconvenience. Thankfully my sister (the bride) didn't seem to notice. The consultant seemed in a much better mood once we were checking out and happy to make a sale from the 7 of us. She then told us how beautiful we looked when we were paying but not when actually trying on dresses.

Very disappointed with the staff the manager was great and actually helped me. It was my first time bridal gown shopping, the lady who helped me was so rude and basically pushing me out the door the whole appointment, will not be back (gown shopping PTSD)

Grace was absolutely AMAZING. I didn't know what I wanted and she was very patient and took the time to find the right dress to say YES too!! Love all the ladies in this store they made me feel so comfortable and beautiful! Thank you

Ani was very helpful with me to order my bridesmaids dress. I came alone as I knew exactly what I was supposed to be getting and she helped me get the right size quickly and efficiently. She even knew which dress I was talking about just based off 2 things I said! Thank you again!
