UPDATED - the pharmacy employee who worked today 11/22/23 is the WORST employee ever. He needs to be fired and currently in process of filing a grievance against this location. Don't send your medication to this location. They will not show any accountability or respect to the patients, this person talked over me, didn't verify any of my HIPAA information before discussing my prescription information, and hung up on me when I asked him to provide his name, denied me access to speaking to any other pharmacy employee on staff, told me I can wait on the line until I'm tired before he helped me. All due to their system errors, my medication was not available to pick up and couldn't be filled by the Midland location due to the Saginaw location having it filled. The employee offered no apologies for the inconvenience and didn't explain there were system issues, but instead chose to blame me and my husband for the medication not being available to fill when in fact it was a system issue per the Midland CVS. Literally the most unprofessional experience I've ever had with a Healthcare worker and this location is garbage.Prescriptions were filled at this pharmacy, then were transferred to another location without me being notified and without me requesting it. Having us run around for medications for no reason is ridiculous.

Complete lack of humanity from the pharmacist, who is also the manager. Don’t ask questions or have insurance that requires a 90 supply for coverage, or you will be put on his “do not fill list”.

New to the area. Primarily use CVS because that's who my insurance accepts. The only issue was the only prescriptions they had ready were the narcotics!

A bunch of incompetent lunatics. They don't even know what they are talking about. Always gives wrong prescription and the wrong price and almost scammed me for 600 dollars. They even changed the dosage of my prescription without consulting with my doctor. That is illegal!

Worst pharmacy ever! There has not been one time I haven’t had an issue here! Pharmacist never show up or never answer phone. Give you wrong medication or change it without asking you! Never had a good experience here in years but was the only place my work would allow scripts to be filled! Absolute nightmare! Corporate needs to address this issue immediately!

The pharmacist I spoke with yesterday was SO compassionate, patient, and helpful. My mother had a medical emergency while visiting from another state and my brother and I both called CVS more than once, as we were trying to get a prescription transferred from the store in another state. I wish I had asked for the pharmacist's name so I could give her a personal shout-out. Many, many thanks.

Absolutely garbage pharmacy, the manager here knows nothing how to process meds and always has to call someone else. This time someone else named Deborah, was on speaker phone and started complaining about patients out loud. We will be moving pharmacies and avoiding places like this where they don't treat customer/patients with respect.

Normally I have good service but today on a Friday evening they have one person, the pharmacist I assume. He I backed up with customers and now I'm told I will have to wait 1.5 hours for my prescription. Hard to forget this day.

They are usually really helpful. never had an issue before , yesterday and today the pharmacist was rude and quite obnoxious to my dr.s office as well. She voided my perscription. Shouldn’t have had to drive an extra 25 miles to another cvs location.
