Evan was great in assisting me with my needs. He was very helpful in getting me set up and answering any questions I had about my warranty and also the insurance plan that I got for my plan. Sometimes us older people need that kind of special help and patience that he showed.

Do not get phones or service from this company.
They do not cover any repairs. The insurance they make you get is a scam.
Horrible customer service with zero accountibility. Choose ANY cellphone company don't shop with cricket

Don't get a phone from cricket unless you are absolutely desperate for a phone.
Motorola Stylus G 2023 is a defective phone that Cricket doesn't replace even under warranty .
The phone heat up excessively during charging. Doesn't always charge to the Full100% enjoy living off of 30-50% most of the time. Screen lags between 45- 190 seconds
Phone does NOT multi task well at all.
I've had this phone since September and nobody has stepped to fix this. What's the point of insurance when we still have to pay almost $120 for the replacement? And then replacement is up to the discretion of cricket.
DO NOT BUY A PHONE FROM CRICKET!!!!!

Myself and my daughter got service at the cricket in Saginaw and our phones were set up incorrectly. When we called back to try to fix them Natalie was not only rude to me she was also rude to my daughter. This was months ago. My mother just went to switch her service over and once again Natalie was rude to her again. They did not set my mother’s phone up correctly or tell her that her phone wasn’t compatible when she started the process. I purposely go to another cricket because of how people are treated here and because they are not trained well. I referred people there and they have all had the same issues with the same person and getting their phones set up. Not impressed and will never go to that location again. They only get one star because of the Cricket service not customer service. They need training.

Evan has been such a huge help to me. I was having issues with another carrier and he suggested Cricket and I’ve been very pleased ever since I made the switch. Any questions I’ve had, he has been so helpful in answering them so I understand. He represents Cricket very well and in a very positive way.

Nick helped me tremendously with an issue I’ve had with Cricket for the past year involving ACP this man not only took my frustration seriously he made sure to go through the whole process from beginning to end which was also flabbergasting itself. It’s very HARD to find GREAT customer service Nick deserves a 10 star review instead of 5 & I will definitely not want to deal with anybody else when involving Cricket! Makes me want to remove my auto pay and just come into the store due to the EXCELLENT customer service.
