When depositing money through the ATM it should be automatically in your account. But they put a hold on your money.I think the app should be able to transfer money to family. Other then that they are great!!”

“I grew up with Wanagas Credit Union. My dad retired from GM and my mom from Local 699; right next door to the Bagley Street location. I've personally been a member for 30 years; financing every automobile I've purchased through Wanagas.Recently, there was a discrepancy on my credit report that took place during the merger with Financial Plus. After several attempts to correct this with the credit bureau; I contacted Linda Ramon. She gave me the information needed to get the physical credit report which I mailed it to her. Linda corrected the report within 24 hours. I needed this corrected because I was in need of a consolidation loan to free up cash flow. My credit score went up 160 points within 48 hours. Thank you Linda!After a couple of weeks I was ready to apply for that loan. Linda put me in contact with Vicky Lawson. Vicky was just as polite, professional and considerate as Linda. Vicky was laser focused gathering all the information needed. Because we were on different schedules she kept in contact with me via email throughout the entire process. Vicky secured the loan for me start to finish within a couple of days. This was a huge relief for me. A heavy burden has been lifted off my back. I contacted Kristin S (formerly Kristin Z) from the Bay City branch, to see if he could get a pre approval for a car loan. Since it would be his first loan as a buyer without really any credit history, she worked tirelessly all that day and half of the next day to do what needed to be done in time for him to get the car on the only day he managed to have off from both work and school. She worked her butt off for my family to pull off this transaction in about a 30 hour timespan.”

“Mandy McDowell really helped me out with an auto loan. Competitive APR, and VERY fast service. I've tried working with other credit unions and banks. Wow did they take their sweet time. I first contacted Mandy Wednesday I believe. I stopped in Friday afternoon to setup an account and get the loan (had all paperwork taken care of within 45 minutes) Drove to Virginia that evening to pick up the car Saturday morning. With that said, yes even the "upgraded" website is a bit of a pain. I honestly use the mobile app for everything. Way smoother. However, I'm sure it doesn't have all the features you'd have online.”
