They're fine, but don't ever expect them to go above and beyond for you. They show you their best in the beginning, but let the mask slowly fall off over time. (Notice how many of the best reviews seem to come from newer tenants.) Like other people have said, you can probably find more for less somewhere else in the area.

We lived there for 7 years. The company changed hands multiple times. We loved it the first few years. It's quiet and we loved the pool. The last few years they took out the playground and basketball court.they stopped being family firstly. We just moved out and got some outrageous charges for damages. Ridiculous!

New Management has been a blessing they are really great to work with and I get the work I call in done, not like the last company that owned this place. Best thing ever was they sold it to a company that cares about us living here
