Well you’re going to have to change the name because you can’t use coins anymore. Now you have to load a card and it is more inconvenient than using quarters so guess I’ll go somewhere else. Wish you would have gave us an option instead of completely switching over.

I've been washing here for almost the same amount of time I've resided in MI...so for about 3 years now. The space is typically clean, always enough baskets, and I'm really now enjoying the new card system. I'm used to those since I used them a lot back home in TX. The prices are a bit mid-range yet I've had no problems with the washers. I do wish some of the dryers were better.
Yet overall I've been enjoying my experiences, and plan to continue.

Very disappointed with the employee on duty today. I had my clothes in the dryer and she started taking my stuff out! The dryer time ended and my stuff wasn't fully dry. She had no reason to touch my stuff, especially when it's in the dryer and my stuff wasn't fully dry yet. I will not be returning as a customer because that reason. I asked her why she was taking my stuff out and I asked why she did that to me. Then she just stood there quiet and looking dumb and not responding to me. My clothes were just getting done in the dryer. I needed to add more quarters in to fully dry them. So technically I wasn't done with the dryer yet. There were other dryers available for customers to use

Always clean, friendly staff, and all the dryers work great (a rarity in my experience with other laundromats).

Clean inside and was able to get in and out. Can't really complain. I do wish it was cheaper, but $4 or $5 per load isn't too bad

I've been washing here for years ONLY because of the cleanliness of the place. Besides the fresh scent of pinesol the washers are overpriced. Recently I had my graduation gown pressed. When picking it up there was absolutely no difference. The wrinkles were there and still ended up using my own iron after paying $8.

I love all the workers!!??
So friendly and helpful..
They deal with so much...
keeping the place clean when alot of customers don't think twice while they're trashing the parking lot with their food and drink wrappers ?
And parking in the handipap spots when they ARENT handicapped just cause they don't think anyone will report them...
Those workers inside shouldn't have to be put in that position to confront these people...
Please Colbys...
Put up a sign "reminding" people how much the fine is for parking in handicapped without a placard /special license plate...
I'm speaking for all ..
not just myself...
