Do not bank here under any circumstances. Chase's claim department cannot be trusted to help you, they will not help with payment plans when their claims department does screw you, and they will hang up on you if you show any emotion - looking at you Kumail with corporate who hung up on me while I was trying not to cry.
Do not think they care about anything other than your money, if you ever need their help they will not be there.

Terrible blonde counter clerk who is very aggressive and pushy at this location. She is so rude and needs to be admonished by her superiors for her bad attitude.

I grew up near this bank (back then a NBD) and my family continues to be loyal now as Chase clients in our respective cities/states. Although, I don't live in town I had to stop in today for my mom. Spencer was awesome, he greeted me at the door, called me by name and said, "your mom just called and I'll be happy to help you". He quickly updated info and fixed any erroneous information with a smile + genuine conversation as he plugged away on his computer. Honestly, I wasn't anticipating this additional stop during an all too ambitious schedule prior to my departure from Saginaw, but his willingness to help out in a pinch and hospitality actually made this unforeseen "task" a pleasure. Thank you, Spencer!!!

This is a great bank. Just wish they were still in the Hemlock office. It's quite a distance now to drive to the Brockway and Center Branch. I guess we'll have to sell our house and move.closer

Beware if have an auto loan, and go to sell your car, Chase's "policy" is that they will not sign off your title, like every other bank I have ever dealt with, even if you pay off your loan in cash. This will prevent you from giving your buyer a clean title, and they will not be able to register the vehicle in their name until 2-10 days later, with no commitment. If you want to pay for overnight mail, then you can get incrementally sooner at your cost. Every other bank allows their teller to sign off, which is all the secretary of state requires.
