Best banking experience I have had. The bankers are wonderfully polite and knowledgeable. They have great security prorocols. They are a forgiving establishment when it comes to overdrafting and mistaken purchases. My nephew used my card to buy 196 dollars worth of online games and they refunded it. Thank You Chase! Highly Recommend

Unbelievable to have to show ID to drop off a business account deposit. Not taking money out not depositing checks. Bad system!

I do all of my banking to include my mortgage with Chase. Today was the first time I have ever walked into a branch and felt invisible. After sitting and watching other customers come and go for a few minutes, I asked who I could speak with in order to establish a business account. Wow...only 1 person is able to perform that task and she is not available. Essentially, I drove 30 minutes and the only thing I got was bad customer service. Unbelievable!

I am so at home with the Bankers at the Court Street Branch location, the best customer service, the lobby is always kept neat, clean and orderly. The rates are very competitive, and I love that my Son's Collage Student Account is perfect for getting him on the road of financial independence lol. We are proud Chase Bank Account Holders.

This bank has treated our business very well for years. We either go in or go through the drive through every week. When we get the red carpet treatment. We're nobody special. They just treat us like we are. They even remember our first names! I highly recommend them. They even have great rates.
