Called and explained what happened with my phone, touchscreen went out, asked if they could help. Person on the phone said yes. Drove out there. Guy told me to put my code in. I explained on the phone before I drove that I could not.

I dropped my phone and it shut off and wouldn't turn back on, two other shops wouldn't work on my Google pixel, Verizon told me I would have to send it in and get a replacement.Charlie told me, "nah I gotchu, come back tomorrow."He lent me a loaner phone so I could still text and get phone calls, and my phone was fixed and ready the next day. It needed a new battery and a couple other things, less than 50 bucks and it was the best customer service I have ever received.

Came in with my iPhone 11 to get my screen replaced and it's was extremely fast and they were kind and courteous! REPLACED THE SCREEN IN UNDER 10 MINS!

Could I please get my phone turn on I paid my bill early to avoid this. with my card you took the money off my card. My phone been deactivated. Sorry can't make up for lost money. Turn my stuff back on.

I am beyond dumb when it comes to technology. I thought my iphone was broke and it would have to be sent in to Apple fix it. Charlie and his staff were super nice helping me update things and turn my ringer back on. It only took 30 min. A guy named Tom was super patient with me and extremely nice even tho I don’t know anything about iPhones really at all (he must have thought I am so ridiculous! Haaa). My three year old loved the kid friendly atmosphere and arcade game. Everyone from Chesaning loves Charlie because he is so funny and generous. He treats people from Chesaning like family. Saginaw is very lucky to have him and his business.Thank you so much Charlie and Tom!
