Although I love this store, the rating I gave is for managers. The cashier's & stock people are very warm & friendly, always. What concerned me was the blatant rudeness, to the point of I consider emotional abuse by one of the managers to the cashier. I also experienced extreme, extreme rudeness. You need to send a secret shopper there to see how the employees are treated by this manager. I had one item, and was standing there waiting for a long time, because one manager ignored the cashier, while the cashier was letting her know that the scanner had quit working. She just walked by and said yes, it does that sometimes. The cashier continued trying to figure out, without any help, how to fix this, while that manager was not far from us, ignoring us while doing other things. The friendly, smiling cashier saw the other manager, whom I had seen the day before & experienced extreme rudeness. I smiled at her and said, I'm back again, & was completely ignored except for the mean look on her face. She grabbed the scanner rudely from the cashier, and did a few things to the scanner quickly and without showing her how to get it working, then handed it back to her without saying a word to her, or me, and stormed off. The first manager ( blond) was friendly, but did not help the cashier to my amazement. That other manager needs to get checked. I feel so bad for anyone working under her. The employees deserve to be treated with respect - especially how friendly they always are.

Don’t apply for this store. The managers are rude, there’s no structure in this place. You don’t get properly trained either. They just throw you on a register and expect you to know how to run it without even training you. The workers were very helpful and they’re young so they are taking the mistreat. They don’t pay enough to put up with the bs. And please don’t let your young kids apply here and get talked to like they’re nothing. They can’t even keep the store clean

I was at your location in Saginsw and picked up 3 identical item as I walked to the register notice 2 different priced on item. I asked cashier about price and would they match lower item she went to other register talked to ( manager) I heard her say ( it's a multi pack item and that's what we are selling them for). Even thou price different I bought them.
As I got in car I thou why yhat didn't make sencd I called back and talked to Jannie ( manager) she understood my side ans said come back in and she would take care of it . I walk with a cane and said not a big deal I wasn't worth getting back in. Jennie said no problem she went beyond customer service and came to me! She is what every manager should be going that extra step to help a customer!

I got all of my kids' school clothes here, and the prices are better than kohls and tjmaxx. Good name brands and great selection of Detroit Lions gear.
