One of our service vans broke down in transit to a customer. Called Bridgeport Towing & Repair. They arrived to pick up the van within 20 minutes of the call. Hauled the van to their location. One of my boat trailer tires blew on I-75 and everyone else I called referred me to some other company that might be able to help. Ken didn’t do that. He dug in and solved the problem himself using his network of people in the area to find us a tire - on a Saturday when most places were closed! He found a tire, drove out to the highway to grab my wheel, took it to a tire shop, got them to mount it immediately and then came back out and reinstalled it. Because of Ken we were on the water all afternoon. I haven’t experienced this kind of service from ANY business in a long time. Thanks Ken!!
