Rickey is very very nice and goes out of his way to provide good customer service! But his cousin that also works there is an entirely different story. He is a complete jerk that we have found out lies to customers and will not move an inch to provide any customer service! He's extremely lazy & rude! I will not go in if Rickeys green car isn't in the parking lot

The law states if the retailer charges a $.10 deposit they have to take the returns back it is the Michigan law these party stores on dixie hwy are taking returns i guess i will call the MICHIGAN A.G. OFFICE IN LANSING AND SEE WHAT THEY SAY
