“Kathy was so kind and caring. I came in unsure of my wedding dress and looking for another option. I had it with me and she insisted I bring it in. She took time to add sleeves and try a lining in it. She took comparison videos for me at all angles. Her mission was not to sell me a dress, but help me find ways to love my dress all over again. She did not pressure me into buying anything, but instead made me feel like family. I highly recommend their experience and Kathy’s vision!!”

“A note of appreciation not only for such a positive shopping experience, but the amount of excellent customer service that went into making everything right after our dress unfortunately arrived damaged from the manufacturer. Completely not Viper's fault and yet they still went above and beyond to make sure we were completely happy. They could've not said anything about the imperfections and let us drive home none the wiser until prom day, but instead inspected the dress thoroughly from the start and treated us with honesty and respect. Thank you for being so honest and trustworthy!”
