“Anthony Stricker and the loan officer Cynthia were great and worked very hard to get me this vehicle. When I picked after securing financing that process went smoothly. Anthony was with other clients so he handed me the keys, took my picture with the 2016 SUV and said I was all set. I stood there a bit dumbfounded. I had traded in my 2005 Buick LaCrosse, which didn't have all the technology that the 2016 has, and also the move from a car to an SUV. I wish someone offered to go over the basics of all the buttons, like how to turn on the heat, windshield wipers, etc. On the way home the tire pressure warning light came on saying the rear passenger tire was low. The next morning I took it to a Service Center where they filled the low tire and checked all tires, only to discover that it was missing a chrome lug nut on the front passenger tire; I was quite upset that either the vehicle wasn't inspected at all or whomever did it, didn't catch this. I purchased a replacement and it was installed. I wasn't informed that I had a free 3-month trial of SiriusXM Platinum. I discovered this by an email from Sirius. So my experienced is mixed, up to the point of purchase it was great, but the after sale experience was a total fail by my standards.”

“Phil Hahn who owns Clockwork is an awesome man.He and his two guys did so much work on my truck, it was amazing! And SO affordable!Started with the radiator, then a tune up, then they fixed the tailgate, (it kept coming unhinged) , and reconstructed the bed for stability and to keep me from falling through when I was up in the bed. I was so excited when I got it back, I immediately ran it to fill up the gas tank, only to find out, the tank had a leak and it was coming out fast!Took it straight back to Phil! Within 4 minutes he had multiple cans out there saving my gasoline investment, $80!Within 20 minutes, he had my new gas tank (34 gallon tank) ordered with all the lines, fuel filters etc. This was on a Friday. They were done with my truck by the following Wednesday. That's even with 'the company' initially sending him the wrong gas tank and lines that needed to be reordered.Overall I was/am so impressed.Thank you Phil!”
