Well. Everything is now different. First, they bother you in front, asking so many questions. I'm just browsing. Video game selections is very little. A few drones. And a few PC's and cameras and so few laptops.
Quality has gone down. What are they thinking? They're not. Used to be somewhere me and my family would walk around for hours and byy things. Even their cellphone area is barely any stock.

The only thing I can say about this store is don't waste your time lots of product but nobody there to help you people are very rude we were there for over an hour and could not get help then when we told them we were leaving to go down the street to ABC Warehouse to buy a TV she said good I understand why these business is going under help like that

I've visited multiple times, and each time I leave wishing I had saved my gas, because I have yet to walk out with what I was looking for. This confuses me because Best Buy killed Circuit City, and Radio Shack; the former was an institution for anyone trying to find electronics/parts that were hard to find, or to find a solution to the problem; neither of which have ever happened with any visit to Best Buy by myself as well as many of my associates and friends.
Further more, if I am looking for anything electric, almost any other brick and mortar store that also sells electric merchandise is half if not much more cheaper in cost; even with same name brand merchandise. That being said, how is the name "Best Buy" not a misrepresentation and teetering on the line of bate and switch?
What's even more, the Geek squad is one of the most scammed portions of the Best Buy corporation. My family is continually bombarded with pakistanian/Indian/Turkish/ Iranian callers saying they owe money for work on equipment my family doesn't even own or possess.
Sad.

Went in for a case and protector for my new Galaxy S23 Ultra, they were helpful, put it on for me. Of course it cost, but overall they were helpful.
