Pick up on Bay Road was easy. They drove me to the airport for drop off. Al told me I can arrange for him to pick me up at the airport in the future. Overall seemed like nice helpful people.
Car was slightly older model but nice. Did have a faulty tire sensor so I took it in one day to have that checked out.
Otherwise I would rent from them again. Much better experience than airport rentals in the past.

Friendly quickening and out service . Only negative was car was in rough shape but I was stuck in a bind.

After Enterprise rental car screwed us by not having our confirmed car, we called Bay and they took great care of us at a reasonable price. Older cars, but that’s what they advertise. Very happy with them.

He’s need to know how to talk to people because we the ones that’s making have business
We had the car for one day and had to put gas in already then we rent it out for a couple of days then that same day the car had stop working not ones but twice

Absolutely garbage. Couldn't even finish my sentence, without him talking over me. Rude the whole conversation like I was bothering him, by calling to rent one of his cars.

Rented a car from here and the key broke off in the trunk, I was 3 hours away from them and they said I would have to figure it out myself…WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!!

Love this place. Every time I come back home to visit this is where I go to get my rental. Never an issue with them. Great prices friendly owners.

They were amazing! The gentleman that helped was very kind and helpful. They have good cars that are reasonably priced for rental cars. Would recommend them highly.

All I have to say is go to a private mechanic before you purchase a vehicle from him the mechanic he has doesn't now hardly anything about vehicles very sketchy and won't negotiate price at all buyers beware is all I have to say

The guy that owns this place is cool and easy to talk too. Car rental was quick and simple, we'll definitely rent from here again when we take another family road trip.
