It'd been quite sometime since I'd last been to Barnes and Noble but once again it did not disappoint. I enjoyed the coffee bar that Starbucks had there and of course all the books. Always a pleasure to go and spend a few hours there.

If you ever have to deal with assistant manager Beth, brace yourself. I’ve never seen her not annoyed with a customer. She boasts about how great she is and how she hasn’t missed a day of work in 40 years. If you truly were an asset to the company, I think you would have a higher role than assistant manager after this long. She’s hands down the reason the store has such a high turnover rate. Do better.

A service representative working in the afternoon on Saturday, 11/11/23 needs some training in customer relations. I asked her where I could find calendars. I acknowledged my presence to her and she rudely said, "Yeah" with her back at me. I ended up just staying silent. She said "Yeah" again. She finally turned to looked at me and she could tell I didn't appreciate her attitude. I asked one more time and she just pointed and said, "Over there." I stayed silent not wanting to feed into her behavior and just walked away. Another service representative just happened to come up to my wife and I to ask if we needed any help. I pointed out her coworker and explained what happened and that she should have someone talk to her regarding her lack of customer service and horrible attitude. The other service representative apologized and said that the person I pointed out was the store manager. The other representative apologized many times and asked if there was anything she could do. We thanked her and explained we didn't need anything. Interesting that someone like her is in charge of the establishment. I hope she doesn't treat her employees the way she treated me. Unfortunately, I didn't get the manager's name.

Amazing staff and customer service! First Barnes and Nobles I had ever been too. Defiently worth the wait and I'm glad I went!
