Very bad experience. I would give them zero. This place is awful. The worst. Please don't get any appliances from here. They "trick" you. And watch how adamant they are when they give you your supportive 30 day warranty after delivery. It's because they sell you appliances that are not completely when showing you a test on your purchased appliance before they leave.Watch them entirely . I bought a washer from them and it leaks. I contacted them within the warranty and their Techs came out. Specifically John kept saying it was my own water lines. There was no leakage from my lines. It didn't leak at that time because I realized it leaks after a rinse cycle (that they failed to spend enough time to assess.) I spoke to them to please just trade me for another machine or fix it and they refuse and are extremely rude. So after $320.00 later they want a repair fee of $79.00 to come and look at it. I tried to resolve because . I sent them videos of the leak. The business is now sending me threatening messages about charges. These people are selling people broken appliances.And their warranty is absolutely fake. There selling broken appliances to profit. This business is an absolute scam and I will do everything I can to protect others. Especially in this economy. The last person I was in contact for their business on their chat site was absolutely rude and uncaring. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Bought a washer and dryer, delivered and installed, all for a great price. The customer service is excellent. Overall, I am extremely pleased and would recommend ARC to anyone.

I purchased a gently used washer and dryer set here and I’m extremely pleased. It was convenient, quick, and reasonably priced plus included a warranty. I will be returning to purchase other appliances as needed or to utilize ARC to service and repair other appliances in my home.

Bought a washing machine July of 2022. It lasted till November 2022. They would not repair it, or come pick it up to replace it. Unresponsive after many calls and texts. If I could give less stars I would. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!4/25/23 update: it appears the owner thought it was better to attack me rather than address the real issue here. They don’t stand behind their product, they sold me a piece of junk. I tried to get them to come out to fix, or buy it back like they advertise. Don’t count on that! It was not abused by my Tenant. Rather than discuss my issues, they just ignored my calls and texts. Then have the nerve to say “I” have low integrity?? Not a good way to run a business. I stand by original review.

Fridge was filthy inside and out. One would think purchasing from a used appliance shop it will be in tip top shape. The underneath was beyond what anyone would expect to find or see. Inside the shop you really could not see the underneath. The motor compartment looked like a dirty fryer.

First impressions were awesome, the person who helped us was great in throwing us a deal & helping me find exactly what I needed. Not only that, they even met on a Sunday afternoon to make an exchange when the dryer I purchased would not fit down my stairs. When I get the second dryer home, I went to start a load thinking it was going to be all good since the unit was repaired, a few minutes later, we started smelling a burning smell so we opened the door and smoke immediately flooded my basement. Upon inspection we found that the lint trap was clogged with what seemed like months of dryer lint. I mean come on, Ray Charles could’ve prevented that… makes me wonder, if it started smoking upon 2 minutes of my use, did they even turn it on before selling to me? ??? dryer works fine after deep clean, stove is working excellent. Would probably go back.

Advertise for this business on Facebook market, when you ask about the product they say come in, wouldn’t give the vin as requested. Also just rude, not to mention if you’re a business and you ask for a vin on the product you’re going to buy the business must supply it… Unless they are going to scam you… these people are clowns!

Huge Thank you too ARC! My dryer quit drying. The owner asked me a few questions to determine what was wrong. They were able to come to my house and fix the problem the next day!!! The technician was prompt and polite and knowledgeable. Very affordable. I will DEFINITELY be calling ARC again for my appliance repair.
