Half pumps not functioning. One of the ones that was working was asking to \\\"insert cash\\\" which clearly isn't an option on this archaic pump. Go inside and they clearly know it is a problem, but won't let you leave credit card or turn on to fill tank. Enough is enough, drive down street to well maintained Speedway, save yourself time and headache!

Horrible customer service. Employees swearing and talking about customers when they leave the store. This place needs an overhaul.

I went in to get gas , and to turn in a couple of lottery tickets on Saturday morning 26 December. I had 17 dollars in winning tickets, but when he scanned my 10 $ winning ticket he pulls a slip of paper off the counter saying it was a 1 $ winner. The slip of paper is a print out from the lottery terminal from a prior customer. My 10 $ ticket is already torn up and in the trash , so I have no recourse. This is the second time this has happened to me from this station. I will not be going back to a company that allows their employees to out right steal from customers. I'm sorry to say they lost a weekly customer, to many other stations to spend my money at.

Was in Saginaw for a charity event. Stopped at this station for gas and some snacks. When I got home and looked at my gas receipt, there is a charge of $5 for a printed tee-shirt which we neither ordered nor received???Sure there isn't any recourse since I left the station.

Bought 4 of a product, didn't pay attention, left store. Noticed 20 minutes later that one item was wrong. Back to store to have clerk tell me she gave me same size of all 4 items. I politely disputed that and she starts digging on computer for my transaction. Finds it, her computer doesn't acknowledge different sizes so she can't tell if she really did, then tells me store policy is no returns. So wastes my time to try and show me I'm wrong. Done with Admiral.

A small but nice gas station. $1 air and usual less then other stations near by.
