The only positive thing I have to say is when I go here I usually find what I’m looking for. However, this is some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I’ve been going to the store for years and I can’t say one time I’ve received decent customer service when going there by myself. If I walk into the store with an older looking man everything is great but if you go inside by yourself and you look under the age of 40 everyone that works there will talk to you like you’re 5 and they follow you around like you’re gonna steal everything. The older gentlemen that works there is the exception to the rule, as he has always been nothing but friendly but the middle-aged scrawny guy and the service counter in the back are always rude for no reason. I went to buy a zero turn but ended up going with a different local dealer because of my experience there. If I know another place has the part I need, I will go out of my way to go to the other store first. 2 stars because the old man was nice and friendly.

Wow!! Don't know what I would do without the parts department at Wohlfeil's. Been going there since I was a kid and now in my 50s. Great service. Adam in the parts department was able to identify and order everything I needed to keep my old John Deer riding lawn mower going. It's up and running and I am back in the saddle again!!! Thank you Wohlfeil's!!!

While cleaning out a small dark crawlspace in our 1963 Saginaw township home today, my wife and I stumble upon an old box. I could not go without sharing this incredible piece of history with your business. Inside it contained newspapers and interior decorating magazines I can almost feel the excitement of the original owners. ♥️

They were super helpful when I came in looking for casters for my pet cage, found me a perfect fit even though I didn't have a wheel to match it to! Wonderful people overall.

Guys in parts department are rude and are lacking in customer service skills and product knowledge. Equipment sales reps are more interested in commission rather than selling you what you actually need.

I always get great service there. Even if I'm looking for a few dollars worth of nuts and bolts. They give individual attention and always act like your the only customer there to take care of.

Good selection of products. Staff is pretty friendly, guys in the parts department are pretty busy and so being a woman and having to wait my turn and then feel like I need a male with me to make sure that I get the correct part because I could be dumb.

Purchased deck belt for my mower. It was to large. They are actually a cub cadet dealer. I had all information needed. Model # year etc.i was told that is the only belt for my mower. Went to tractor supply was given same belt # as wohlfeils it was to tight.I was basically blown off by wholfeils just dismissed. I recommend ace hardware in essexville mi. That guy is a rock star. That's the face that cub cadet expects from theirCertified cub cadet dealers.

Parts counter very disappointing. I ordered two minor parts for a Honda snowblower three weeks before I attended the store from Canada.I was told the parts would be available for pick up in mid March. When I attended the store the parts hadn’t arrived and they weren’t really sure if they had been ordered. I was advised an employee who apparently ordered the parts was let go for poor work performance. The two employees at the parts counter advised me they would re-order the parts and would send them once they arrived with no charge for the shipping.I received a call from the store in June and was advised one of the parts had arrived, but there was no record of a second item being ordered. Also, the employee that called knew nothing about covering the shipping for my troubles back in March. These are two very small items and they seemed to have a very difficult time processing and ordering items.I just cancelled the order, very frustrating to deal with.

Rude multiple experiences at the store with different employees. I’m guessing dad(grandpa) and daughter to owner but that’s a guess. Came to spend money, instead I’ll walk into Menards from now on.

Wohlfeil Ace Hardware did a great job fixing the window screens my husky ripped. Very quick turn around time and it saved me time and money to have them repaired compared to finding new replacements.
