Can sell lotto but if you ever win more then 100 they can't cash it like why sell if you can't hold up your end??? Not to mention getting over charged since they can't use a cash register correctly, plus always out of soda, machines always broke.... like a mini McDonald's only the ice cream machine is a soda/slurpee machine

Been going to this 7-11 for about 4 to 5 years.. Always purchasing fountain coke... This includes the time it was on shattuck west of its current location on bay rd... As of late there is Zero concern for customer complaints...
Staff is very dismissive in regards to the quality of there product with no concern to act..
The fountain machine has either been turned down very low or there is a malfunction with the pressure..
The week of August 5th it was great with carbonated pressure & tasting good but as of the weekend of Aug 17th it has been awful with other customer complaining that it tastes different
Feed back would be fabulous if this issue will be resolved..
I am very willing to update my review

The staff is friendly, they always say hi to me when I come in. Store is clean and well stocked. I always use the fountain drinks. My only two complaints is the parking lot is hard for larger cars and if it gets busy I would avoid the parking lot. Then my other complaint is that I bought a big gulp refill cup and it broke in two different place with in a week of buying it but at that point i didn't have the receipt anymore.

If every employee was like Carrie this store would not have a 3 star rating. If there was greater than 5 stars, Carrie deserves it. She was nothing short of spectacular, very welcoming and polite. Carrie brightened my day the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out with a smile on her face the whole time.

Carrie brightened our day! Was friendly from the moment we walked in and even wished us a Happy Easter! 7-11 should value employees that are like her. The 2.7 stars does not reflect Carrie in the slightest

So I gave the cashier $28 and brought an Arizona tea which cost $1.21 and I told the cashier to put the rest In pump 4 but she only put 22.60 some… so I went back in there and she told me she’ll put the rest on and before I walked out she goes “you got what you wanted?” In the rudest way possible… so I’m just telling you (whoever this lady was) that you should’ve asked for money if you needed it instead of stealing… and stop smoking in front of the gas station because your breathe stinks when you talk to customers.

Not sure whose idea it was to put a gas station on a postage stamp sized piece of property. If anyone is at the 2 outer pumps, it's nearly impossible to pull in from Shattuck. Today's wait was 15 minutes. By the time I got to the front the entire middle aisle was lined up. One cashier and a woman was sweeping, saw the line but didn't come help until she was asked to come cook food. There's nothing in the warmers ever, like pizza or tacos. Taquitos looked like they'd been out for days. Just all around awful. The lovely woman that waited on everyone was very kind but there's no reason for it to take 15 minutes to cash out 4 people.

I went into the store to turn in my lottery tickets and purchase hot chocolate & gas with the money. There was an elderly woman in front of me trying to buy lottery tickets. There was a miscommunication between the blonde cashier named Amanda and the elderly woman. Amanda ended up pulling the wrong tickets out and the woman politely corrected her. At this time, Amanda said “Well then why don’t you come show me” with an attitude that was completely unnecessary. They finished the transaction and then I turned in my tickets. As she was scanning them, I asked if I could have the rest of the money on pump #2. Amanda then said her first words to me which were “Why don’t we wait until i’m done scanning these” with this smug, bratty attitude. Horrible customer service that will ultimately bite them in the butt.

Ive attempted to get gas here now on three diffrent occassions as they advertise the lowest gas prices - none of their pumps work!!! Literally every single time I came in bags are over the handles for regular. It is entirely frustrating as that corner is a death trap to come in and out of , now in just wasting my time. I've went into the store on one occasion to ask why and was met with an attitude and no explanations. Your employees will drive your establishment into the ground before its even running. Customer sevice is key!!
