Please help me, my verizon phone broke, the replacement is at your facility. It was supposed to be on the truck to GRand Marais today, but I suspect it missed that. I am leaving town for my oncology appt at 5 pm tonight and need a phone. Can we make arrangements for me to pick up somewhere in Rudyard around 7, even if it is at an offsite location? this is critical. THANK YOU KINDLY!

So we must have gotten a new UPS driver and most of our deliveries are not delivered ! Says unable to deliver? However we have a HUGE GREY box that says UPS fedex drop off and yet every week I seem to be calling because deliveries aren’t deliverable???? And there is NO help

We RV full time and a forwarded package got rerouted from Sault Ste. Marie, so we took the short drive to Rudyard to see if we could find it. The facility was easy to find, the people there were very responsive and we got our package! Really appreciate the customer service here!!

My order left 1/2 mile from my house although "left on your porch" reported to me and the manufacturer. After calling a supervisor at the Rudyard office, today, 12-22-20, pair of boots "on the porch" again, sent to me and the seller, not here nor at my only neighbor. Two years ago my fruit trees disappeared altogether and because the nursery received the same message as above there was no compensation.

If you ever need anything or have questions, CALL THEM. The hours may be very limited but if they can they will open up to help you. I missed a package delivery early in the day and was able to set up picking it up after hours when the driver got back. I know they went above and beyond for that and I really appreciate it. Even if they can't do the same for you (I lucked out big time), they are very helpful and courteous.

Wish they were open for customer service more. But if you arrange everything just right, they are very friendly and helpful.
