If I could give zero stars I would. This company slaughtered, cut, and wrapped my whole cow without even asking how I wanted it processed. And an FYI, they have always called in the past. Not sure what is going on but it is nothing good. Do not recommend unless you want to pay over $400 for a cow that is chopped to hell.

They do great work with venison! The Teriyaki sticks and summer sausage are excellent!
