Went to Gaylor-Thompson after my Cub Cadet tractor's engine failed. Come to find out the oil filter I got online from Amazon, was not the correct filter and it blew my oil out. After talking for a few minutes it was clear that it would be cheaper and easier to buy a new tractor. They went above and beyond to make me happy with my purchase. I could not say enough good things about them. I will definitely go back to them for all my Cub Cadet needs. Great job folks!

Very unprofessional, owner swore at me 5 times on the phone. Also did not fix my mower, just put parts on it to charge me and never fixed it. They were so rude cub cadet gave me my money back on the mower. I do not recommend going there unless you like being verbally assaulted by the owner Paul
