Martin at the Store and Jackie on the phone as a representative. Both helped me get a new phone and tried ? ? hard to fix my phone that I brought in to find out what was wrong ?. They were amazing ? as customer service...they both need recognition for their great job.
Verizon needs to automatically put insurance on phones as much as people ? pay for a phone every time Verizon put a phone out, there should not be no way that without insurance ? ? you can't do anything with a phone that isn't working, that you ? are either paying thousands for or paid thousands of dollars ? ? for.
VERIZON SHOULD GET BETTER FOR CUSTOMERS AND A VERY THANK ? YOU FOR MARTIN @ VERIZON STORE IN ROYAL OAK, MICHIGAN AND JACKIE ON THE PHONE AS A REPRESENTATIVE.

Walked in to get my phone fixed as it wasn’t sending text messages and they took care of my issue within 5 minutes. Loved how quickly they assisted me.

they deleted my original review, so I’m posting this again. i’ve gotten 3 unsolicited texts from victra [the verizon store] trying to sell me things within a week of buying of the phone .
this really bothers me, especially since i don’t remember opting into these texts or there doesn’t seem to be a way to opt out.
i’ve blocked and reported every time but it keeps coming through. it’s upsetting.
ALSO they signed up for insurance without telling me. I’m contacting verizon directly and never coming here again.

Verizon needs to stop what they're doing and give that young man the money he deserves. He works on a Sunday and he took his time working with my account to make sure that my needs were met before I left. I asked.
Him, are you the manager?He said no
then said, why you're work by yourself.He said all managers just work on a weekend.I said yeah, they do, you're manager LO.L. Verizon in Royal Oak, Michigan. Hear this, give that man who worked on April the 14th, all day long. The money that he deserves because I was there for several hours. He was very patient enough to sit through on a phone with customer service and talking to me and several other customers multitasking acting as manager but not receiving the pay. Although he said he was happy with what he was being paid by verizon. He looked very tired so I say this Verizon.Give that young man the money and the time he deserves to relax at home too.Enjoy the sunday with his family. Verizon needs to take care of their people! Because He took care of me and my problem on my personal accounts.

Mahim is the best! Very knowledgable and patient! He walked me thru my new phone and answered all of my petty questions! He didnt want me to leave without me being fully satisfied and educated on mt new phone! Very pleasant young man!

I went to this Verizon because it had the best rating in the area. I completely understand why now. Mahim was walked me through all of my options and had a lot of patience throughout the process. Very helpful.

Martin was such an amazing help, even after we were a royal pain due to t-mobiles system being down. Im so happy Martin was there to make the process of switching to verizon as easy as it could be. He was even staying past closed to assist two more customers. He has astounding customer service.
