I have had the pleasure of working with Marty on getting our new shed. He is quite knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me upgrades I didn't need - just made recommendations based upon my needs. He suggested one of their existing sheds, but we wouldn't have been able to accommodate a path into the yard. Darn it. We are very excited for the next step - having it built!!! He was quite patient as we made several changes along the way. Great follow-ups from the office regarding all of the steps - including permits. Thanks Marty!

I had an incredible experience with the Tuff Shed office in Royal Oak. Starting with Martin, the sales and design consultant to the contractors. Martin was most helpful in providing me with the best layout, design, and ground preparation requirements, along with keeping me informed of what to expect. I was very impressed with the contractor's work performance; they were meticulous and precise during the construction process, and they left no debris/materials behind. 5/8/23 I ordered and paid for a shed on 4/28, Marty was very helpful and answered any questions I had before my purchase. I let them know we needed to prep the site that weekend and was told scheduling would reach out to me. Apparently that got us stuck in a “holding pattern” and I hadn’t received any communication since. Today I called and spoke with Jamie and she was the rudest person and kept cutting me off, she was not helpful or kind at all. I called Marty back and he connected me with Cindy for scheduling, she was very helpful and we anticipate install next week. I’ll update review on the product once installed, so far 4/5 for service. Jamie should be reassigned to not triage phone calls.

After shopping for a shed at box stores and getting little to no help, we happened to pass Tuff Shed in Royal Oak. Customers are seen by appointment, so you receive one on one uninterrupted attention. Marty helped us design a shed to our budget, size and need specifications. Getting to choose the shed color, trim color and shingles was great. Contracts were signed easily online. Marty was always prompt to answer phone calls. Installation was done efficiently. One little problem with two shutters not being the same height was quickly resolved. The shed is new so I can't speak to the durability but so far everything looks good.Services: Shed installation
