Very disappointed with my wash today. Especially for $9. Got back to work excited to take a look at it and it was smeared, like it had been washed with a dirty wet cloth. I noticed there was nobody doing a prewash with the long brushes like the car washes usually do, but hoped it would be ok. Nope. Came home and wiped the entire car down with a couple of damp cloths and Windex 🙁

I’ve taken two cars multiple times to this place previously. Both of my cars have glossy black b-pillars and they were both very badly scratched over time. Definitely from this car wash because my one car is brand new and I was starting to see the swirl/scratches ever since i started to take my car here.

Dorian FTW!! I came in with two accounts, for two different cars, under the wrong users. Long story short. All my fault setting everything up. Dorian was the nicest guy ever and got everything fixed for. Moved it all over to one email address, and set up the recurring monthly membership. Tommy’s is legit the best. Keep winning!!

Really wish we had more Tommy’s washes everywhere! The most efficient, seamless process… makes it quick to wash any day and my car always looks amazing! I drive extra distance to get to a Tommy’s whenever possible.

Pros. Friendly service. Clean car. Cons. Not many vacuum spots available. Floor mat cleaner is for flat (literally pancake flat) plastic mats only…and who has flat plastic mats with our weather in MI?

Do not go to this car wash if there is any bird poop on your car. I had quite a bit and it did not clean all of it off. I am not a member so I drove back around again and the kid working the window did let me go through again, but it was still there. Very disappointing.

I'm the only person here, 8:17 p.m. and they shut the vacuums off when I'm in the process of vacuuming my car. I request assistance and I'm told by Tezz that I won't be able to finish vacuuming because the neighbors complained about the noise from the vacuums. They close at 9:00 p.m and it was 8:17 p.m. when I was making the complaint.
This hardly seems professional. Is this zoned commercial or residential? What is louder between the vacuum and the air dryer that runs constantly until 9pm?
I've canceled my membership.

Hands down the best car wash around. Easy to use, get the app, and make a point to head over here. Shoutout to Ken for always being the best, nicest, and most helpful guy. Highly recommend!!
