I hired Derek to help me replace a bathroom vanity, light, medicine cabinet and fan. He also vented the fan outside through my attic and roof. Derek was very pleasant and professional, and he took his time to complete everything to my liking. Derrick did an amazing job. I called him on short notice due to my dog running away from a yard that was enclosed - but did not have a gate.He had the most fair price out of anyone. He took his time and made sure I was happy with the job.He came the next day and installed a caster to ease the opening and closing of the gate.I will be using him at both my home and hotel for projects moving forward. Happy dog- Happy dog mom!

So appreciate the work they did today to install a new kitchen counter. and fixed issues other handiman had left behind. and did a great job of doing all necessary to caulk countertop and reinstall sink and caulk all hoses and edges as well. They were polite and left a neat jobsite. No one else wanted to do this small kitchen counter install. Either much more expensive or set up to have done and then they never called back. And they installed my cabinet handles I have had for years!! So happy with my new kitchen countertop and highly recommend Derek and his crew. He is busy but worth the wait.

I cant reccomended them enough, very trustworthy, very reasonable and fair on the price. They came on short notice and got me out of a big pickle in no time. No nonsense, friendly and super knowledgeable. I will not hesitate to call them again, or pass their information along to my grandma and my friends and my family and that is saying something!

We hired "The Nolan Crew" to paint the interior of a property. Derek took several days longer than he estimated to complete the job, and failed to paint a closet that was part of the agreement. Communication was very poor as well. He did come back at a later date to paint the closet and touch up some other spots. However, we need a form signed by him for the sale of the property that says that the work has been paid for in full (it has), and while he initially agreed to sign this form, he never did and now he refuses to respond to texts or calls. Really bad business. Avoid dealing with this person at all costs - he is NOT professional or honest.
