Faithful dirt label shopper, I probably have each bear that they’ve came out with except for the Jordan bear (didn’t want it) and I must say to everyone…you’re better off buying from else where. It’s not really worth the pocket pinch that they charge, and you cannot wash the clothes even if you follow the wash directions it still fades. My favorite thing here regardless of it all were the bears…but now that the bears are being discontinued I honestly don’t find any legitimate reason to deal with the people here. The only one who’s cool is Chris but it’s rare when you hear from him. The customer service is terrible and their store is open whenever they want it to be and not to be . Just my honest opinion and I hope this helps

I recently purchased hoodies for me and my family and was super impressed with the quality of the items. My order arrived quickly and looked even better in person than on the website.There customer service was super responsive when I had a question about my order and even followed up with me after I received my items.I'll definitely be placing another order soon!

I feel like this company is a Scam!! I ordered from them Feb 8, There business page says 3 to 4 business days... I emailed them after 8 days for a tracking number, they would only respond to say order shipped with NO TRACKING, Also no wonder they don't have a telephone number to speak with anyone, that should have been a " RED FLAG". Also I drove over to the address listed, The Business didn't exist!! What a Scam... NO Wonder you have poor Reviews!! Funny you respond on here, but not my emails... You don't care about customers, only the money you Rip people off... I've sent atleast three emails, no response... but the review you still haven't addressed the problem!

#87733 for reference. I ordered a 3XL hoody for $65 and it looked great. I wore the hoody and realized it was more narrow at the bottom. I thought it was the thickness of the material and maybe it would stretch after wearing it. It did not. I emailed and asked for a replacement as this was NOT a true 3XL standard size, but a slim fit narrow. I was told that they have a 4XL in regular size but not 3XL standard fit. Ok, I will send back for a refund. Never have I received this type of response for a refund for an item you know is not what is advertised:Items must be in NEW Unworn condition in order to refund your order, Also please keep a record of your tracking number on the package. We reserve the right to reject any exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated. REJECT an exchange that you are aware does not match the description and actually wanted to do business and send back the hoody that of course was worn once! NOT good customer service for a $65 hoody of CARTIER.

Been reading some reviews and as a repeat customer thought I would share. I do understand some frustration some people have experienced as I’ve experienced them as well (i.e. graphic deterioration after 1st wash and sizing). Im also one that understands once I have to wash my tee for the 1st time, after that it’s just a kick it around the house, etc. tee. No matter the quality of the tee, I have yet to find one that looks the same as it did before you had to wash it. Again that’s just me and my opinion. The bigger issue to me is the sizing. I decided to order a sweatshirt in a smaller size because from my experience they ran big but the sweatshirt I ordered was too small. After some email correspondence, TDL did make good with exchanging my sweatshirt for a bigger size and I’m happy with my purchase. Hope this helps anyone that’s looking for any kind of clarity.

I placed and order and was told my order of over $100 would be delivered on 12/27. I have still not received my order.I have emailed at least once per week to check the status and there's been no change.According to USPS it is still in transit....however today is 2/1/23.I am very disappointed and will be contacting my Bank in the morning.

Ordered a hoodie in my typical size and it came very small which happens everything fits a little different so I asked for the order to be exchanged and had to reach out to the email to be directed to a link on their website. I had to fill out a form and then pay for the return shipping. It arrived there the next day and after three days they're saying it never came even though I have the shipping confirmation saying it arrived to them. After replying twice in the same day they then proceed to ignore me for a week after I showed them the evidence that it had already been delivered. I reached back out again to give them one last chance and still no reply. Order with caution and hope that you don't have to deal with the god awful customer service this company provides.

So I got the championship bear earlier this year and the front faded after first wash. I even washed how it said to. I thought maybe it was me so got the mystery box with two shirts. Washed one and it did the same thing. I like The designs but the quality is terrible. The only way to keep in tact is by not washing. I will Not shop here again. This feels like a scam to me. These shirts are not worth 40 or even 25, more like 5.*Had a response from the "owner" to send to customer service and they will look into this. Now the comment is gone and the I have received no reply back from customer service. Highly suggest getting these elsewhere. Shirts are meant to last longer than 1 wear*

I ordered 3 shirts and never received them. Had to ask bank to refund money for order.I just saw your reply and the question I have is, how can I have the same delivery twice? Via email you stated I received the shirts on the 28th of May and in this reply you are stating June 1st. So, which is it...My bank hasn't refused my charge back due to the evidence I have supplied them. Bottom line I paid for shirts and never received them from your company and a police report has been filed as of today.

All of my dirt label clothing has fallen apart and since deteriorated. It's all unwearable junk. Didn't last at all. Spend your money elsewhere.

Online experienceTook a long time for delivery but the quality of the t-shirt isn’t great to me. I like lightweight t-shirts this is definitely thick and on the heavy side. Would have been nice to know before ordering. Designs are cool though

I am updating the January 18 2022 review I posted. Since posting that review I received the 5 tees I ordered January 20, 2022, 13 days after the U.S.P.S. sent a false notification saying the package had been delivered to me! While this is a United States Postal Issue, the management at The Dirt Label told me when I notified them that I did not receive my package to file a claim with the Courier and once I do that to send the claim number. I did that on January 10th and from that time until even today I have not heard one word from The Dirt Label. That is unacceptable, I was not even offered the choice of sending another shipment once I provided the claim number (The Dirt Label Insured the Package) or a refund! Having gone through this experience, I cannot even comment on the items received. The bottom line is WE will NOT be patronizing this company anymore. Imagine if they had shown some concern... they would have had a repeat customer and my five adult sons and their friends would have purchased too. Like they say It Ain't Ralph Tho! It sure isn't you can tell that by the lack of customer service and business acumen!

Don't ever buy merchandise online from The Dirt Label aka "The Scam Label" if it's for a holiday gift. THEY WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN THE ITEM. I bought a shirt for my daughter for Christmas 2021and it was extremely long. All I wanted to do is exchange it and they told me no (since it had been over 7 days since I received it), even thought I've bought 2 t-shirts and 2 sweatshirts from the in the last year. They'll never get a penny from me again. I understand they're an urban store, but to not allow an exchange of an unworn Christmas gift is ridiculous. They sure will take your money and and leave you screwed with an unwearable product. They should be called "The Scam Label".
