Joined to use the pool in the afternoon. I checked the pool hours and they did not list a gap in the afternoon. However, reality is they cannot keep staff there so out of the 8 times I went the pool was open two times. Inability to staff correctly is a big warning sign in my eyes that something is seriously not right. I had to cancel my membership via email as you cannot just do it from the website. They will sign you up and take your money this way but you should be able to cancel just as easy.
