  We have supported their telephone system for 9 years. They do not pay their vendor bills. We have outstanding invoices from January 2022 and May 2022 unpaid. When we called to inquire with Robin, the accounts payable person, she hung-up on us. This tells you a lot about an organization.

  I almost had a horrible day. Got to the location to pick up my truck for a drive to Louisana and there was NO truck. It has been back logged 2 days and nobody from Penske was helping secure a truck. That was until Kim called them directly while I was there and she got my 2000$ rental discounted. Much appreciated. I just had to drive a little further the pick up my truck at the Home Depot off 10 mile road. Thank you Kim
